Dates & Instruction Given Below
All the measures of Covid19 will be taken care of.
Instructions to be followed:
- Registration form is available in the bio, hard copies will be available in GMA
- You have to submit the Registration Form 1day prior to the event
- You have to report to the venue 30mins prior to your allotted time
- Decision of the judges & the jury will be final
- Top three winners may be invited to the MTB Live Concert on 15th aug in Patel sports complex sec2 st1 for complimentary performances.
- Each category will be judged separately and in a fair manner.
A) Singing
- This is a solo event
- Participant is free to sing any English or Hindi song which should not contain any abusive words.
- Time limit for every participant is 4min maximum
- Participants must carry their own instrument or instrumental music/ karaoke
- Judgment is based on the qualities like taal, selection of raga, composition and overall impression.
B) Instrumental
- This is a solo event
- Maximum number of accompanists is two or you can use the backing track
- Time for stage / instruments setting is maximum 5 minutes.
- Make sure your instrument is tuned before your performance
- Participants must bring their own instruments.
- Rendition can be done in any Genre.
- Judgment is based on the qualities like taal, selection of raga, composition and overall impression.
- You will be only responsible for any damage to your instrument
C) Semi Classical Dance
- This is a solo event
- Style of the dance will be semi classical.
- Time for sets / instruments setting is maximum 5 minutes.
- Participants must bring the CD of songs, PD or Instruments with self in which they have to perform.
- Judgment is based on the basis of rhythm, formation, expression, costumes, make-up, sets on overall effect.
D) Bollywood style Dance
- This is a solo event
- Style of the dance will be semi classical.
- Time for sets / instruments setting is maximum 5 minutes.
- Participants must bring the CD of songs, PD or Instruments with self in which they have to perform.
- Judgment is based on the basis of rhythm, formation, expression, costumes, make-up, sets on overall effect.
E) Western Dance
- This is a solo event
- Style of the dance will be semi classical.
- Time for sets / instruments setting is maximum 5 minutes.
- Participants must bring the CD of songs, PD or Instruments with self in which they have to perform.
- Judgment is based on the basis of rhythm, formation, expression, costumes, make-up, sets on overall effect.
F) Rap Battle:
- This is a solo event.
- Use of Abuse/Offensive language is strictly prohibited.
- Each competitor alternates freestyling for 1 to 2 mins.
- Round 1: Freestyle rap
- Round 2: Face off Battle on old school & trap beats
